Do I need to install an app?
No. The estimator runs in your phone browser. When it asks to use the camera, tap Allow. Nothing is downloaded and no account is created.
What if the camera does not open?
You can add photos from your camera roll instead. The estimator accepts pictures the same way it accepts a live walkthrough, so you still get a price.
How long does it take?
Most homes take five to ten minutes to walk through. Larger homes with a garage and attic take a little longer because there is more to show.
What happens to the video?
The frames you capture are used to build your inventory and estimate. They are kept with your quote so our crew knows what to expect on moving day.
